Overall, I highly recommend Peralta Painters after doing two large jobs within the past 4 years. While quality is top-notch and pricing competitive, I tend to use Peralta because I trust the owner and his team to do a great job without significant oversight. Our company has used Peralta Painters for several different painting and remodeling jobs. Each time the work has been completed on time, professionally and on budget. These guys are amazing! We needed our new house painted before moving in, a friend recommended Peralta Painters. Gil met with us, provided an estimate, he is very professional and explained everything that needed to be done, they were able to get us on their schedule within a week. Well, from the first day they started painting, I was impressed, they were very careful with our new floors and kitchen cabinets, they covered everything real good. We chose different colors throughout the house, including accent colors, they made it look great, the edges along the ceilings and walls look really sharp and our new home looks and feels great! They cleaned up everything at the end of the job and left our house spotless, and finished on time. I would highly recommend Peralta Painting and will be calling them again in the near future.

I hired Peralta Painting to strip every room of wallpaper that had been put up 20 years ago, as well as patch and prime all the walls. Gil's team were some of the most professional trades people I have ever had the pleasure to hire. Since I live 1000 miles away, Gil sent me photos of the progress his team had made each day, any troubled areas that he may have questions about on how to proceed, and finally - the finished job. Gil was concerned about leaving the walls only primed, although that's all I was contracted to due prior to vacating the residence. Gil's attention to quality and craftsmanship is truly a rare commodity these days. I would not only hire Peralta Painting again, but I would say Gil should be the first to call, if looking for truly professional painters.

Gil was very professional from the start of the job. He provided a quote in a timely manner and followed up wth us while we waited to get other quotes. He was reasonable priced, not the most expensive but not the lowest either, but great attention to detail, and that’s the reason we decided to go with Peralta Painting. They got the job done in a short amount of time which was great for us because we needed it done while we were on vacation. When we came back, Gil was happy to take care of a couple of touch ups. We are very happy with the overall result and would definitely recommend Gil and his Team to family and friends.

I called Gil on a Friday in hopes of getting our new house in order to possibly move in the followin weekend, Gil came over to see the house on Saturday, and his crew of four began painting on Monday. The house was finished by Friday afternoon. My husband and I were very happy with the results. all floors were protected and we were able to move in sooner. Additionally, the painted rooms were cleaned and everything looks great. Gil's charge for painting was affordable. I highly recommend Peralta Painting.
Peralta Painting, first painted our entry, living room and dining room. The results are excellent. After removing some wallpaper they found some weak plaster and holes that required us to drywall over the to ensure we didn't get cracking in the plaster at a later date, the drywalling looked great and I thought he was fair with the extra cost of drywalling work. The painting also was perfect. Gil also helped remodel our bathroom, again good results.
The Peralta painters were great! They gave me an estimate and did a great job with our condo. They moved all of my furniture and heavy pictures, the team is very respectful and polite, they are very professional.

Peralta painted our 3 bedroom condo and did a beautiful job. The lines were clean and expertly done. They covered many gashes and holes in the walls and made the place look like new! Gil and his team are extremely professional, courteous, and hardworking. They were very thorough and meticulous about their work-- exactly what you want when it comes to your home. I get many compliments on the paint job and refer everyone I know to them.
These guys are great! Gil and his team did work for our friends and called them to help us out on our new house. The walls were in need of a lot of repairs, there were a lot of cracks and water damaged areas, They did a lot of patching, prepping and repairs, and now the ceilings and walls look new, they also installed new hardwood floors, remodeled 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, which included tile and marble, cabinets and back splash installation, as well as new recessed lights and dimmers. They also power washed, painted the exterior, and refinished the deck, we are very happy with the final results, everything looks great! They always show up on time, and are very detailed and clean in the work they do. They protect and clean everything real good, and their pricing is fair!

We have used Peralta Painting for a few projects. The latest project was exterior painting this involved a lot of sanding, scraping and prepping, and restaining my deck. They first power washed and sanded after that applied two coats of paint and stain. Looks awesome! Very happy as usual with Gil and his crew.
Services included painting of my condo, repairing drywall, deck refinishing, tile installation. Mr. Gil Peralta, the owner, personally came out to view our condo and drew up an appropriate work order. Mr. Peralta is very friendly and provided a reasonable quote for his services. Given the size of the job, it took a week or so to complete. His employees arrived always on time and clean every day. We felt comfortable enough around them such that we simply let them in and we went to work while they were working at our condo. We'll definitely reach out to Mr. Peralta for future projects.
Gil and his painters did a very good job for my mother. He responded immediately to my call and was able to do the work right away. She has a two bedroom condo in the city and painted all the walls pink and peach! They painted the walls and ceilings and did quite a bit of patching and it looks very nice. They actually completed the job ahead of schedule!

Painted a 3 bedroom appartment over the weekend for new tennants moving in. Nice job, cleaned up, on time, very helpful. Will use them again. Arrived exactly on time for the quote. Delivered a detailed proposal the next day. Completed the job a week or so later.
The job went very well. The team came out along with Gil the Proprietor. Gil reviewed the project, observed the set up, He’s team of painters were great, very courteous, knowledgeable, and well experienced. When he noticed any discrepancy or something I didn't notice he politely explained it out made his suggestions and I took it from there, in all cases the suggestion he made has an beautiful out come. They had to go up at lest feet maybe even more to prime and paint around a 4200+sq ft roof. The placed their drop cloths accordingly and didn't drop one drop of paint, extremely neat. Though I understood Gil had to move around to other sites, He did come every day while his team worked in our house.from on top of his truck. I really felt reassured that I would be thoroughly pleased with the job upon completion. They cleaned up all the debris and everything looked absolutely beautiful. Believe me my neighbors watch every brush stroke and a couple even inquired with Gil about having some painting done. We are very happy with the final results.
This was my first time using Peralta Painting and I couldn't have been more pleased!!! I called Gil (owner) he was at my home the same day and provide me a quote in less than 2 days. The quality of their work was just OUTSTANDING!!! They painted the whole house 4000 square feet and they gave great recommendations on color. The guys who did the work were very professional and never left a mess for us. If you chose them, I promise you will have a stress free experience and you will be ecstatic with how wonderful of a job they do.
They painted the exterior of our house. There was a lot of prepping, sanding and scraping, they also took the paint off of the front porch and side porch and restained it. I liked them a lot. I liked working with them. They did a lot of different projects for me, so that was really good.
I have used Peralta Painters twice, for interior and exterior work. The first time he replaced the exterior siding on my house. We had to consider an extensive scrape or replace and he was the only one really willing to try to save the original siding. In the end we did decide to replace and his bid was most reasonable. We used cedar so the painting was included. Gil's guys did a good job on the siding and an excellent job on the painting. He as followed up with touch ups at no extra cost.
I hired Peralta Painting to for some ceiling repair. I was in a hurry and needed quality work without disruption. The work was excellent and they managed to do repair with no mess. They were able to fix a ceiling in my home office without my shutting down the office. What a treat! I will be using them again.
They painted the exterior of our house and refinished our wood floors including stairs. We were very happy with the results. We have used them on two other occasions for painting and remodel work, all work was done in a professional manner.
We have an old roof deck that was neglected by the previous owners. There was paint on the floor boards of the deck and stain on the railings and some areas that didn't have anything that were slowly rotting away. I contacted several deck restoration companies and some wouldn't even do the work. Peralta was not only able to do the work, they were very willing. Their price wasfair and Gil made us feel very comfortable with his company. They stripped off the existing paint and stain, power washed the deck, sanded the deck to bare wood and then stained the deck. Honestly, it was a difficult job, but it was the only way to make it look good. They performed the job extremely well and now it looks amazing. Highly recommend Peralta Painters. Everything was on time and in budget. The deck looks amazing now. Everyone was on time every day of the project and worked professionally. You really couldn't ask for anything more.

Gil and his workers are professionals. His crew showed up each day at 8 AM and immediately got to work. Put simply the paint job and new doors looked great. During the project Gil did a couple things that I liked: 1) I mentioned to him that my pregnant wife was going to move out for the week while they were painting. He suggested that if we were worried about the fumes that we should use "green" paint. 2) I got a text from him one day while I was at work stating that they weren't happy with the appearance of the paint job in one room and wanted to apply another coat. I saw the same paint job they were referring to and thought it looked great. That said, he wasn't satisfied with it and wanted to apply another coat - demonstrating to me that he cared about producing a quality product. Since I was going to be at work the entire week they were working I had to give them keys and leave them alone in my place. As week went along I felt more and more at ease with that approach. Everything was always where I left it and nothing went missing. I'd trust him and his team in the future. With Gil I got a great paint job, learned that he/his crew care about their workmanship, and found that they can be trusted to be left alone. I have no regrets. Job well done.
Peralta Painted the windows and trim and stucco of our 100 year old house. Completed carpentry repair on the trim and the porch. Sanded loose flaky paint, primed and completed with 2 final coats. Trim was very detailed as it was thin. We asked for an estimate and Gil responded very quickly. He was quick with the four add ons that I needed to see completed. This work was accomplished in November and required a very cautious view of weather. Gil and crew arrived on time and carefully kept the area clean. They were very clean. The house had to be pressure washed first to clear the grime and it was finished quickly. Gil responded very quickly to the carpentry needs. We were very satisfied with the work and the price and the quality.

We recently purchased a home and wanted a complete new color palette for walls and trim. Even using the Aura (which is one of the most expensive paints on the market), Gil's pricing was great and we choose to use Gil over one other quote from a highly rated provider. Gil was very responsive and got the job done on time with no problems. Gil's work was very clean and there is no paint, dust or scratching on any of our newly finished wood floors or new carpet that Gil had to work on. Gil came out the next day after I called to give me a estimate. I could tell instantly by the way he inspected the the walls in our unit that he was going to do an outstanding job. He provided me a sound explanation for every item on the quote, room by room and even gave us excellent advice on what type and color of paint to use. I called Peralta painting to estimate painting my 4 bedroom townhouse, and cleaning concrete window sills. They gave me an estimate and started working the next day. The work went very well. They showed up when they said they would, the workers were very respectful, they worked very efficiently. I have a loft and they handled the details (around beams and pipes) very well.
Peralta Painting did an outstanding job! I was looking for a company to come in rather quickly to complete an interior painting project with very short notice. I have a hectic schedule and determined that I had a window of opportunity. I called Peralta Painting on a Saturday. I didn't necessarily expect to reach anyone, but Gil answered the phone and came out the same day and gave me an estimate. I hired him on the spot. I felt his interest in taking on my project with a respectable bid price and willingness to begin the project the following week was very appealing. Throughout the week, I added on a few miscellaneous projects and they incorporated them into their work (ie;carpentry, drywall), they did an amazing job! Gil and his team work very hard and only want you to be satisfied with the work that they do. I will absolutely use them again for any painting or other work that they do.

We used Peralta Painting to paint and patch the walls in our home. They were very professional, responsive to any request and cleaned up thoroughly after each day's work. While not the cheapest quote we got, they were able to meet our schedule and did a great job.

Peralta Painting did an absolutely wonderful job. They were completely professional: punctual, polite, and the clean up was excellent. But most importantly, the painting was beautiful: our walls and trim had been painted many times over the years and the dings and bumps were everywhere -- we could not afford to have all this filled or smoothed perfectly, so we asked the painters to do the best they could with our walls and bumpy trim -- and they did beautifully. The cut lines are amazing given what they had to work with.
It went very well. They did an exceptional job. The paint job was lovely- they cleaned and sanded our walls, filled in holes, and everything looks great. The workers were flexible and courteous, they kept the place clean, and they took care of moving the furniture (I did remove all glassware from a china cabinet). Gil is a real professional- the whole job went flawlessly. His crew were focused and dedicated, and worked long hours into the night and on Thanksgiving to get our house ready to move into. The scope of the work changed significantly as we began to add tasks to his to-do list, and he took everything in stride.
